inpairs is the fastest-growing Muslim startup in the U.S., and we're just getting started. We've 5×'d our user base in the past year and now rank among the top three platforms in our space.

Our "matchmaking for marriage" model combines deep questionnaires, monthly "Pair Drops," and partnerships with mosques across North America to help Muslims find serious, values-aligned matches. We're building a product that actually changes lives—and our mosque network is central to that mission.

Now we're looking for someone to deepen and expand our relationships with masajid across the U.S. When we understand our masajid, we understand how to serve the wider community.

Why This Role Is Unique

You are the voice of the mosque internally (bringing clear, evidence-backed insights to the team to help drive strategic decisions) and the voice of inpairs externally (setting expectations with our masjid partners and enabling growth). Your mandate: turn mosques from a lightly engaged channel into a reliable, scalable acquisition engine. We currently work with over 50 masajid across the US and Canada, so you are responsible for maintaining and strengthening those relationships, as well as building new ones.

You own the masjid relationship end-to-end: outreach, onboarding, enablement, communication, and analytics to turn this channel into a reliable acquisition engine. This is a senior individual-contributor role (no direct reports initially) with clear path to leadership as the channel scales. You'll work closely with Product and Growth to keep expectations aligned and decisions evidence-based.

What You'll Do

• Own the growth mandate

  • Make mosques a meaningful acquisition channel; primary KPI = new users per masjid per month
  • Prioritize depth before breadth; focus where impact is highest. Make sure our existing partners are happy, then support them in bringing inpairs to their community.

• Outreach (inbound + targeted outbound)

  • Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of masajid (by size/readiness/channels), run discovery and presentations, set expectations, and secure a concrete launch plan (owners, assets, date).

• Stand up analytics & attribution

  • Launch live analytics dashboards in ≤30 days; define the right KPIs (new users/mosque/month, funnel conversion, churn, match attempts).
  • Work with Engineering to fix attribution (join/referral codes, UTMs, required "home mosque" field) and ensure core events are captured; become self-sufficient in Metabase.

• Be the single point of contact for mosques

  • Onboard, train, and set expectations; provide templates, assets, and frameworks (you're not running campaigns, you're enabling them).
  • Hold partners accountable to agreed plans
  • Work through Imams/boards/leaders where appropriate; keep timely follow-ups; 2-business-day response SLA.
  • Transition each new masjid into monthly sessions and quarterly reviews with clear goals post-launch in their community.

• Coordinate new masjid launches end-to-end

  • Align on initial campaign mix (khutbah slides, WhatsApp announcements, newsletter blurbs, lobby QR) and ensure links/codes/assets are ready.

• Codify enablement & cadence

  • Build playbooks tailored to mosque size/type and channel mix (khutbah, WhatsApp, newsletter, etc.).
  • Run monthly sessions for masjid admin education and quarterly reviews (performance + action plan); host town halls/office hours to share wins.

• Masjid Product Ownership

  • Own Masjid Customer Pain Points → Gather and synthesize mosque/user feedback with evidence; identify recurring patterns and prioritize themes.
  • Turn Insights Into Product Decisions → Partner with Product and the CEO to translate validated problems into solution concepts and roadmap priorities.
  • Drive Go-to-Market Strategy → Define launch approach, positioning, and rollout for masjid-related features; ensure successful adoption and feedback loops post-launch.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Bring lived experience in mosque communities (non-negotiable) and can earn trust with leadership and congregants.
  • Operate at Head level as a senior IC - you'll own outcomes end-to-end and personally handle outreach, enablement, and analytics for the next 9–12 months before we consider scaling a team.
  • Have 3–6 years across customer success, biz-ops/strategy, partnerships, or community operations (SaaS/marketplace or faith-based/community orgs).
  • Outreach & pipeline disciplined: you can source and prioritize masajid, run discovery and presentations, secure launch plans, and keep tight follow-ups and CRM hygiene.
  • Are evidence-driven: you can define the metrics that matter, interpret them, and quickly get fluent in our analytics platform.
  • Playbook builder & facilitator: you create training, assets, monthly sessions, and QBRs—and hold partners accountable without doing their marketing for them. Think in experiments: simple tests, clear criteria, roll out what works.
  • Collaborate tightly with Product, Growth, and Engineering; you bring only vetted, high-quality inputs to a PM.

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience in SaaS/customer success, marketplace operations, or startups.
  • Familiarity with cohort/funnel analysis, retention, and basic experimentation/SQL.
